My good friend, talented poet, multiple Amazon bestseller and overall wonderful person, Michelle Ayon Navajas, has graciously agreed to do a press release in Asia. Please click on the link below for the full press release in The Update India!
Thank you, Mich!
Mich, thank you for this. You and your team don’t waste a minute and certainly did not in this case. Scott and I can not thank you enough. We were looking at each other last night when you woke up to the paper with your Press Release from your team and notified us. I looked at Scott and said, “What on earth is she already doing up,” then he told me the time and I was like wow. This lady moves fast as does her team. You have such an amazing team and you need one, as we are both in total awe of what you all can get accomplished, amazing. My mom would have called you a “Little Spitfire,” true southern slang for one amazing go getter. From Vocabulary.com – here is the definition verbatim, “A person with great energy, strength, or potential, akin to ‘spitfire’ in exuding strength and capability. “In her role, she was a powerhouse of innovation and creativity.” I would say that describes you – thank you Mich. Sending our gratitude, love and hugs, Joni and Scott🌹
Wonderful, Joni. It’s an honor knowing you. ❤
Tim, it is an honor knowing you dear friend. Again, I can not say enough how you give to the community so humanely, bringing so many great poems and encouragement to me like four or five years ago when I first got started. I based much of those I followed on your post. So even though you are a writer yourself, and have books out, which after my book is out I hope to take some time and read a lot of books, with two moves and finding doctors and getting settled, and finding a publisher and working on additional poems. I have missed my friends on WordPress. So it is I who am grateful and proud to know you. “The Valley Walker,” will be the first one we read. My husband is ordering it now along with some other things we need. We read books together. I have many people that I have followed over the years that I have in my library that I have not yet had a chance to read. My husband likes the sound of the description of that book a lot. Sending you big hugs, love and always prayers for you and your loved ones. 🌹
Bless you, Joni. ❤ There’s only so many hours in a day. I’m sure you’re doing what’s best.
Well I sure try, thank you my dear friend. Hope you have an amazing and maybe some sunny weather this weekend. I am excited about spring. I had no idea how much wind we would get in Virginia. These big trees just sway and lean and I say a prayer that they don’t fall on the house. It was in the seventies for several days last week and now it has been pretty cold at night again. Big hugs and lots of love and joy my friend. ❤️
Joni’s book will feed the soul. I am so thankful & happy about her book & for everyone sharing this joy about Joni. SS I love you!!
Dear Anonymous, I so appreciate this gracious comment and your kindness and happiness that you show about the love others are sending out in abundance, and I love you right back. 🌹
🙏👏👏👏 all Eyes on you darling. 💜💜
Thank you so much dearest Nigel, Mich and you had so much to do with this and I salute you too, as I have already saluted Mich for her amazing help! You and her collaboration has brought so much attention to this subject that I have been overwhelmed by all the beautiful poetry that you two have published and may God Bless all those who have contributed and those that continued to contribute. Love you Nigel, and your bro bro sends his as well. 🥰
👏👏👏 it was a real joy to play my part in this venture. 🙏💜
You have been such a wonderful blessing Nigel and I can’t begin th thank you enough. I have had so many compliments on your very creative and beautifully done interview. Not to mention your wonderful involvement with Mich on publishing many of the beautiful poetry to help encourage young women to speak out about what mini never talk about. This has been a blessing to me personally to be able to read what has been written, and continues to be written on the subject. May God Bless You in many ways. With love, appreciation, and blessings to you and all of your family, we both send our love and prayers always!
Congratulations 👏 Great exposure for helping others working on their Petals…one at a time. 🌸
Yes, it is what an amazing gift from Mich, using her resources to help spread the word to people around the world and to do it, “With a Grateful Heart.” That is who Mich is and it is indeed great exposure. Thank you Lisa, I was blown away when she offered to do this so many months ago. 🥰🤗
That is so wonderful!!
I know, I am just so excited and also touched that Mich has been so incredibly supportive. She is a supporter of all women and women’s right. Thank you Lisa, I know that you are as well. She too, has been such a blessing. ❤️
From the professional comments I’ve just read about One Petal at a Time on the press release, I can say that this book is indubitably a good pick for every avid reader. It’s replete with helpful and testimonial accounts about the process of leaping forth from pain and hurtful situations. Joni… this is a great hit out of the ballpark. Congratulations on getting published.
Thank you so much for your amazing endorsement and your belief in this book. I appreciate so much what you have commented here. I have laid myself out raw and expressed what it was like without holding back. It was not an easy endeavor for me but my hopes for this book is that it will give back to others and let them know that their lives can be productive and full of happiness. It is imperative, I believe to get help. The sooner a person seeks help the better chance that they have of breaking the cycle. There are great books out there that people who grew up as Children of Alcoholics (ACOAs), or in dysfunctional families can read which are written by professions to get help. Of course, because my first book was, “It Will Never Happen To Me,” by Dr. Claudia Black, will always be my favorite. Before I read that book I thought everyone lived like I did because of the isolation. Therapy and reading books written by other ACOAs help as well, because it helps to make you feel you have support literally all over the world. I would still recommend Dr. Claudia Black’s book so that you know none of what is going on or that went on was ever your fault. Children should not have to raise their parents. Thank you again for this gracious comment. It is very appreciated.
I too feel honored to call you my friend Joni!! It was such a privilege to read one of your poems. I wish you all the success in the world for publishing this important book. I know it will touch many lives. Blessings to you Joni 🙏
It is entirely my honor dear Karima. What a great job you did too. Your voice gave a certain depth to the poem, which is one of my favorite ones. It gives a glance into who I was during each part of my life divided into three sections. Everything about your presentation was beyond my or Scott’s expectation. As a lover of your work, I knew it would be amazing but you gave real substance to this piece and I can not thank you and Dale enough my dear friend. I am sending my love and gratitude to know you and call you my precious friend. Thank you sweetie and hope you are taking it easy today. ❤️
Wow! Very exciting and impressive! Congratulations, Joni!
I am excited for you. You book is doing very well. Yea!!!! ❤️🦋❤️
What a great honor, Joni. it’s well deserved and will serve others in their opening to let love and healing in the way your work does as your heart speaks. congratulation’s💓
Thank you so much Cindy. You most likely work with a lot of ACOA’s in your many specialties, I am sure. All we can do as we get older is to try to give something back when we have been blessed with a good life and I hope I can do that with this book, as that is certainly the prayer. A dream since I was seven. Anyway we will see what happens when the book comes out. I do appreciate your kind words. I see you writing many books, but hopefully if this one does well I can speak to highschool kids and maybe even middle school. Wouldn’t that be wonderful! Big hugs and love, Joni
Your words are a gift that will bless who needs to find you on the path and keep that wonderful vision. I see it happening for you as well❣️
Oh Cindy thank you so very much, I truly hope so that is my prayer. 🙏 Thank you for believing in me and my words. ❤️🙏❤️
It’s my pleasure. I love that and you’re welcome. If you haven’t done the workbook in my book.. start there and it will see you to your dreams…. combined with prayers.. you’ve got this!😉💞
Thank you Cindy, how very encouraging and I truly appreciate it. You really are kind of a spiritual coach as well!
It’s my pleasure and that’s truly what my mission is.. ❣️🙏🏼💕
I have sort of seen that all along. You offer a means of healing in so many ways, which treat the whole body. Loved your piece today on Masticadores by the way, just lovely and so fun. I had all kinds of visions in my eyes remembering my daughter during those days. Luckily most churches we attended always had egg hunts at church too. Happy Easter my friend. Love to you!
Congrats Joni! I am delighted your book is getting so much recognition! I hope you continue to get recognized for the wonderful talented writer that you are! xxoxo
Good Morning Carol Anne, you are so kind. I appreciate these kind words so much. You just made my morning. Hope you are having a good day today, I am sending lots of love and hugs, Joni
