Thank you, dear Cassa, you are very kind. We are in Winston-Salem awaiting treatment. I have two upcoming appointments, and they will try to figure out what is wrong with me. We had to leave our dream home in Virginia for lack of medical care and are getting it ready to sell after only 1.5 years of living there. We are now looking for a home close to Winston-Salem. It is sad, but I am here and grateful for that. I have a great team of doctors. Thank you so much for asking. I hope you and all those you love are well, my friend. Thank you, John. We are working on it. Yesterday, I met a wonderful doctor who will take a new approach. I believe there is a reason for everything, and I have faith, my friend. I am always grateful to hear from you and so thankful for your kind words. I have missed supporting so many dear friends these last few months. On the 26th, I have a featured prose piece that talks about what it has been like for me lately. I am grateful to have the money to get the care I need. I feel so badly for those who don’t have money for health care. John, thank you. You, too, have been a treasured friend since the beginning of my journey.
