His dancing water lily

Poem © by Joni Caggiano – Beautiful Photo by Fabio Marciano from Pexels

the deep arch in her back
bending only for your eyes
long slender legs adorning
dazzling reds of sleepy sun
water reflecting a silhouette
silk soft like butterfly wings
his dancing waterlily, his love
trees purr to her able splendor
knowing he will be ever tender
with each move, his heart surrenders
