    1. Thank you so much Francis and thanks for reading. I really appreciate this very kind comment. I knew you would get this piece as you two love the sea as well. The ocean is so important to our existence as our the beautiful trees. Hope your week is going beautifully. Sending our love and big hugs to you both!

    1. Hello my kind friend. Thank you so much for reading and making this comment. It does go silently and quickly and before we know it years have passed. Sending my love and hugs, Joni

    1. Thank you so much Cassa, by the way I think it is wonderful that you are writing in your language and in English, it is wonderful. I tried following the guidelines on line for getting a translator on my phone and I can’t figure it out. Sending you many blessings. Your poems are so lovely. Big hugs

    1. Thank you KK, I hope to catch up soon with WordPress. It is hard doing three social medias and I had to leave either because of my friends. I have made too many friends I really care about. Many days our community feels like my supportive community and I am grateful to every one. Big hugs and love KK, Joni

      1. I can understand your feelings, Joni! Take care of yourself as well as of your community. Much love to you πŸ’–πŸ’

    1. I have always loved the water. I saw her and I thought she looks like she is doing what I wished for part of my childhood. Living under the sea with the wonderful world that God made in the peaceful ocean. Thank you again, KK, take care and I will catch up with you soon.

      1. So nice of you to say so, Joni. Your selection of picture is really awesome. Thank you!

    1. Thank you so much for reading Terveen and for the lovely comment. I am working on these vss365 pieces to work on saying more with less words. The people are also so kind and talented. I am trying to handle all three social networks but I don’t know how everyone does it so gracefully. Even people that work manage to keep up. Have a blessed week, sending hugs, Joni

    1. Thank you so much Allan. I really appreciate it. Hope you two are doing good and having some fun, I know you can’t do much hiking right now but hope you are able to do some fun trips. I am going to try and catch up to my WP friends soon. Working now on a project for my best female friend of 20 years. She would be there for me and I am trying to be deserving of such a wonderful friendship. Big hugs my friend, Joni

  1. Oh Joni. so beautiful and you know the sea calls to me too. You have described a glorious underwater harmonic moment, of security and Nature’s perfection. Be it in the woods, the heavens above, or under the sea, you are Nature’s chosen poet…she whispers to you in ways, others will never hear. Much love to you Joni…this poem brings me pure peace tonight.πŸ™

    1. Oh thank you so much for your beautiful words dear friend. I know you love the sea, I enjoyed your mermaid 2nd life video so much it was so beautiful. You are too kind about my poetry. Your work is so beautiful and I don’t like to read or watch your work unless I am on my computer. I have not been in WordPress for so long as I have mostly been writing in twitter and MasticadoresIndia. I am trying to be more succinct with my writer and writing the Vss365 poems force you to use much less words. I want to learn to write lovely stories but more succinctly. I am so grateful to know my writing brought you so peace tonight, what a kind and heartfelt comment to share. Sending many hugs and my love! PS I saw that you had been posting so I am excited to catch up too. Have a beautiful sleep.

  2. Oh Joni, I was sure I sent you a comment last night, but I don’t see it here…It got lost in the WordPress ethers I guess.. but I loved it last night and even more reading it again today. You are Nature’s poet, be it on land, in the heaven’s above, or under the sea..your love pours out so visually; we feel it, your passionate reverence and in this one that is an ode to the cradle of Life’s beginning… we are at home underwater in the sanctuary you so beautifully describe…we all have come from the sea…our peaceful place, our origins. Just beautiful my friend. much love to you Joni…. ❀️🐠❀️

    1. You are so sweet dear Karima. I just have been busy working on a project for my best friend of twenty years and I just hadn’t answered your extremely gracious comment until tonight. Now I have another one I see that is more lovely then the last. Thank you so much for this Karima. You are such a sweetheart. Much love to you Karima and thank you for all your words, I feel the same way about your gorgeous work and love you right back.

  3. Ahhhhh. This is so beautiful, dear JK!!! As lovely and fluid as the sea. You just gifted a delicious slice is peace. Thank You. Love You!!! πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ²πŸ§šπŸ½πŸ’–

    1. Hello my dearest Katydid. What a beautiful compliment. I have been writing a lot on twitter. I went in earlier and was hoping maybe you had posted on Wednesday. I always enjoy your pieces with your beautiful words. I didn’t see anything, but will keep looking. Trying to catch up with my WordPress buddies. Many are on twitter too. I love you to Katy and you are always in my heart and prayers. Sending my love, Joni

      1. Aw man! You’re one of the cool kids now!!! πŸ˜‚ I only live here. No twitter for me but it’s cool You’re branching out!!! Thank You for checking in on me. Trying to post each Sunday. We’ll see how I do! 🀣 You are always in my heart and prayers as well, dear JK!!! Sending my Love right back!!! ❀️❀️❀️

      2. Hi dearest Katydid. It is funny I saw this today because Scott mentioned first thing this morning that he saw that you had posted. So tonight when I am catching up a bit I will definitely check out your site. I had been going in and checking but we can catch up off line to see what fun things are happing in your life. Yes, there is an incredibly wild amount of talented poets and artist in twitter. Just like WordPress the people could not be kinder. I have been on Instagram also for a long time so keeping up with three sites is really too much for me. I am not doing a very good job of it. I will keep up the best I can. Of course I always feel guilty because I can’t reach everyone. Thank you for your kind note and now I know what day you post I should never miss it. Sending you my love, hugs and prayers always too and grateful for yours as well. Love you JK

      3. Oh….You do a GREAT job at keeping up, dear JK!!! You are truly one of the best around, I think!!! I see You everywhere being so kind and supportive and truly marvel at Your constant presence!!! THANK YOU!!! My post this week is pretty silly. I just let art and words flow as they will and sometimes I have absolutely no idea what in the world is happening!!! 🀣 Sending You my love, hugs and prayers all-ways as well, my friend. Love You, too!!! πŸ€—πŸ’–πŸ˜Š

  4. Beautiful, as always, dear friend. I may be out of touch for awhile. Health issues make it hard for me to use the computer. But I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas! God keep you in His care. With love, A. <3 <3 <3

    1. Thank you Anna, I am so sorry to hear this. You may not have received my email that I tried to call you around Thanksgiving. I hope you were not ill then. I am going to try and call again but please don’t feel like you have to pick up. I am worried about you. I will be praying for you, I love you Anna. Sending you my wishes that your family is well and thinking of your daughter and her children as well.

    1. Oh thank you John. It was nice to get to read your lovely work again. I have been busy but I always enjoy reading you. I too think that art adds so much to a piece. I admire those artist who paint and sketch and do amazing things with their talent. I can barely draw a stick figure. Have a wonderful rest of your week and sending big hugs and love, Joni

      1. Me too dear Joni. Good early morning. I am watching two of my grandchildren. They give life to the quiet house. You are welcome. Have some fun and be safe my dear friend.

      2. I bet they are a joy. They are blessed to have you John. I think children need extended family. Kids use to grow up around uncles, aunts, grandma, grandpa and cousins. I am sure they look forward to their time with you. Your stories always make me smile John. Take care and make sure to get your flu shot, it is a nasty variety this year, my daughter had it and it is a different kind of bug. I already had mine – it is not a live virus so you don’t get very sick from the shot. Blessings and love always my friend, Joni

    1. Thank you Cindy, I appreciate your kind words. I love writing for VSS365. My goal is to learn to write more succinctly. That forces you to do so. I have mostly been on twitter, I post a poem about every second or third day. I want to get better at stories too. Staying extremely busy with writing and on other projects too. Hope you are all looking forward to being together at Christmas and all staying blessed.

      1. You’re so welcome Joni, always. I try to do once a week there but have been to busy to do it as of late. It really is good for that … good for you! Love you doing what you love! πŸ’—
Yes, it is sacred time,,, thanks so much! you enjoy yours as well! ❀️

      2. Thanks Cindy will do. Hope you have some of the kids with you and hubby for the holidays. I am sure your house will be full of festivities and goodies and lots of love. Sending our love to your family, grace and peace too. Joni

      3. You’re welcome Joni and you know it. This house will be rocking in fun with the whole crew., will be fun and I’m looking forward to it.. love to you and your family and hubby too! πŸ’ž

      4. What a blessing Cindy. That sounds like a lot of fun and I thought the kids would all come home. My daughter always goes to Hawaii for a month to seven weeks at Christmas time. So they will have fun, she is back to traveling all over again so it is difficult to hook up with her but I miss them. Sending love to you guys too, I bet you have fun getting everyone the same PJ’s

    1. You are so sweet Susi, a heart of gold is what you have. I feel like we are a lot a like in so many ways, it makes us wise souls but sure helps with the writing. Thank you so much and yes you are right the VSS365 is helping my writing on Twitter. Yes, I saw this photograph and fell in love with it. That is exactly where most of the words come from. Have thought of you because of the season especially, I hope you all found something wonderful to do to make it special. Sending you my love, prayers and wishing for continued peacefulness in the new year. Love Joni

      1. πŸ™‚ Awwww, thanks for that kindness, Joni! Yes, I do think so too, we have similar pasts and bonds us. And definitely influences our writing!

I’m glad you spotted that image. It is amazing and helped inspire you!

Thank you, Joni, for all the wishes. I hope for the best for everyone! <3

      2. Well it is just the truth Susi. You were a kind and gracious soul encouraging and supporting me in the beginning as was Gabriela and you just don’t forget those kindnesses. I am so glad I know you Susi, you are a kind and giving person. I think you are much further along then I am in being a whole person again. I still have work to do, my scars run deep. love you Susi – may you and your sweetie have the most wonderful holiday filled with peace and quiet and joy. xoxoxo
