White Flower

To you who give your love to Him unseen, unknown His love abounds
Drifting from your locks, hues of ruby, golden wheat and reddish browns
Adulation, knees red from our supplication drift up to God, Our Lord
To smite the enemies of His devoted with the Authority of His Sword
Angels with coronets of Sacred Blue Lily and the Narcissus Paperwhite
Shelter molded with wings of spun gold and breastplates take sunset flight
Foreboding masses lean upon His shoulders, cherished are we in His sight
Tenderness and sensitivities break all mortal boundaries, His Spirit near
Beloved children stirring contemplations in waking hours need not fear
Blowing of ancient oaks, listen to archaic psalms and know that He is here

I dedicate this poem to all my friends on WordPress and Twitter, whom I love and cherish. I have friends all over the world, and I thank God for every one of you. Your love, support, and kindness is a gift I do not take for granted. Each of you humbles me. I am praying for all those who are sick or frightened to get better and to find solace.

    1. Hello my friend Vincent, please know that I would never intentionally ignore even one comment from anyone. That is not my style and I feel like I love each and every one of my followers. I feel blessed to know you and every one else that I read and talk to. I have tried to explain what has been happening below. You are one of thirty-seven people who never got a response to a very kind comment. Sending you love my friend and to your sweet family. Joni

My apologies, I didn’t see this comment until just now. I chatted with an accommodating person on WordPress for about an hour to understand how I could be missing comments.

I found out today that WordPress limits the number of notifications you can have (a relatively small amount that’s not configurable). If I don’t respond to comments quickly (which includes new posts on every site I follow), it is likely to drop off. This means I won’t see a comment at all, as I have reached my limit, and the comment drops off.

I should be able to bypass this limitation by checking the comment section of my WordPress account on the computer many times a day. Please accept my apology, and I sincerely hope you have a blessed and fantastic day!

      1. 😅Joni

Honestly, you don’t need to apologize for anything. There wasn’t an offense in the first place! 😃

It happens to most of us. Even me.

I send messages to some people, they reply me, but it ends up in my spam folder. And I don’t see it till like days after.

        It’s perfectly okay Joni.
The comment was just to show my appreciation. 🤗

I do hope WordPress fixes this issue. It’s starting to get out of hands.

It’s alright Joni! 🤗It’s not your fault. It’s not your fault at all. It’s WordPress.

How are you doing 😃? How’s the weather at your side?

I will have a blessed and fantastic day. Thanks so much 😊

      2. You are such a sweetheart Vincent. Thank you for being so supportive and understanding I really appreciate it. I am sorry this has happened to you as well. I tried to explain what I learned with my WordPress chat for almost an hour. The person was helpful but I found it upsetting that comments were just being dropped. This may found silly to some people but I love my on-line family and I pray for everyone and I would never want to ignore anyone. Thanks again. Love to you and your family my dear friend. ❤️💕Joni
